For 2026/27, the Children's Shakespeare Festivals will roam the sweltering streets of Verona in "Did My Heart Love 'til Now?", as we explore Shakespeare's most famous play - Romeo and Juliet.
The project follows our tried-and-tested model of high quality CPD in drama, compelling classroom activity and performance by your pupils in professional theatre spaces. Our acclaimed scheme of work features brand new material for this year. Find more information on how the project works here.

I cannot put into words the impact that this project has on the confidence and oracy of my pupils. They explore very challenging and thought provoking topics through drama, bringing the plays of Shakespeare to life in new and exciting ways.
