Want to try out the Liverpool Children's Shakespeare Festival?
The Liverpool Children’s Shakespeare Festival is now its fourth year, and we’d like to unlock Shakespeare for even more local children. We’re offering new schools the opportunity to take part in a shorter version of the full festival this academic year. This would be perfect for any schools looking for a creative post-SATs project for a Y6 class, or for schools who would like to know if the Children’s Shakespeare Festival is for them!
Each participating class will take part in a ‘Shakespeare Drama Day’ (based on this year’s focus play ‘Twelfth Night’) with Liverpool Children’s Shakespeare Festival director Emma Bramley, before being challenged to create their own short performance (based on the work they do in the classroom) with support from Emma, as well as having the truly 'once in a lifetime' opportunity to perform their work on stage at the prestigious Liverpool Everyman in July alongside several other classes. This is offered in this instance at a significantly reduced cost to the full project.
We have a VERY LIMITED number of places available, so please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call him on 07890 724 917 to register your interest or to find out more.
