For 2024/25, the Children's Shakespeare Festivals will tell one of the most famous stories ever told, as we return to Verona to explore the heart-breaking tragedy Romeo and Juliet. 

Verona, the city of swords, is at war with itself as an old grudge between two powerful families threatens to burn it to the ground. When two hopeful young people - Romeo (a Montague) and Juliet (a Capulet) meet and fall in love, everything around them melts away. As sworn enemies they know their love simply cannot be and so together they hatch a plan to escape the world they were born into. But fate has other ideas...
